If someone kills a pregnant woman, its a double homicide / double murder.
If a pregnant woman kills her child / baby inside of her, its 100% ok.
So a mother is allowed to kill her own child but not someone else.
If a man has nothing to do with the child he never wanted which the woman gives birth to, he’s a dead beat dad and could go to jail, and also has to pay child support for the child he never wanted.
If a woman does not want the child and kills her child, then there is no repercussions.
The woman is allowed to neglect the responsibility of an unwanted child, but the man is not allowed to neglect the responsibility of an unwanted child.
